When purchasing your Vault-Tec Resident badge please make sure to include the name, date of birth, and which Vault you want printed on the card and email the photo you want to be used after purchase.  
 
Please also indicate if you want your ID card to have a hole punch- perfect for badge clips (badge clip not included), or no hole punch.
